3. Browning - BAR-22, Grade II, Engraved. Semi-auto .22LR take down rifle, loads through right side of butt stock. Fancy French walnut stock with typical Browning high gloss finish, engraved game scenes on silver grayed alloy receiver, blued barrel. Last made in 1985. 5. Antique Side By Side Shotgun - Parts for this 12 Ga were made in Belgium about 1850, shipped to the U.S., stocked and assembled by gunsmith Edwin Piper in Philadelphia. Black powder percussion with Damascus barrels. Shotgun restored by a Dade City, FL. gunsmith. Original hickory ramrod, imbedded silver shield in stock, fine line scroll work on all metal parts. Fine line checkering is well worn, slight debts on right barrel. This is an excellent example of a 19th century "Gentleman's" shotgun. $600.00 #5-R

7. Ruger - Blackhawk, Single action revolver, 41Mag. This is an original three screw flat top, 1962 production, protected rear sight, ramp front sight, 4 5/8 inch barrel. 8. Colt - 1849 Gold Rush Revolver. Modern reproduction by Colt of their Model 1849 Pocket Percussion Revolver with Colt accessory kit. Like new and unfired in Colt box. This is number 546 of only 1000, 31 caliber, 150th Anniversary Model. Gold plated, engraved cylinder with inlay on walnut grips.

9. Springfield - M1 Garand, semi-auto WWII battle rifle in 30-06. This is a rifle purchased through the DCM years ago when the still had really nice one in stock. Over all condition excellent. * Consignment Sales are conducted as follows: All guns left with a dealer for sale become part of his inventory. If you change your mind and wish to have a consigned gun returned to you, California law requires that the gun be DROS'ed back to you as though you were purchasing the gun. The return DROS fee is $35.00 as provided by law. I do not charge a commission or a percentage of the sales price for handling consignments. I charge a flat fee of $50.00 per consigned firearm, regardless of the value of the gun. That covers the paper work of consigning the gun, writing the ad, photographing the gun and posting it on my web page, with no listing time limit. It also covers making appointments with potential customers, showing and selling the gun. It does not cover the buyers $35.00 DROS fee. My consignment fee is earned when you consign the gun with me. I normally will deduct the consignment fee from the sales price of the gun and send the proceeds of the sale to the Seller at time of sale. The Seller may also pay the fee at the time of the consignment. When the firearm is sold, the consignment becomes a Private Party Transfer and the seller must sign the DROS paper work as the Seller. Do not hesitate to ask me any question you may have regarding your consignments. My only interest is in helping you sell you gun. Effective 7/8/09
